Two-story homes, oversized properties, excessive buildup, oil or rust removal, specialty roofs, and services outside standard coverage may require an additional charge.
Home-maintenance checks are visual preventive-maintenance reviews and are not licensed real-estate, insurance, code, or structural inspections. Repairs and replacement materials are priced separately.
Renovation member pricing is provided through a written project estimate, varies by project size and scope, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
